A blog about some Metal Detecting Trips and Finds in New Zealand.
We go Water Detecting mainly but also do some old spots depending on our research.
Have to try and keep track of all the 'hunts' :)

Ventured out in the fog today and scored 3 Golds
I have not been out at all since my last post, been struggling with a baaad flu.
Finally felt better today and decided to venture out in the water. The fog made it really cool as it was so thick that I could not even see the beach while out in the water.
Water temp is bloody freezing now,but it was worthwhile :)
Yeah I was thinking Minelab should have a Worldwide reverse GPS tracker setup a bit like a freight company might have on their trucks. Could be quite impressive on a bog screen at the shop. :-)
I'm gonna microchip your detector to see where you go for all this gold.
ReplyDeleteWell done. :-)
Well, you could always discount a CTX3030 for me and just download the GPS coordinates from it ;))
